Scammer was our very first homebred... a grey Thoroughbred mare we had fun with both on the racetrack, and in the showring.

Scammer's race career was shortened due to an ankle chip. We decided to retire her as a 4 yr old and she showed a short time as a jumper. While very athletic, her excitability didn't lend itself to the relative quiet of the show ring. She was bred to T's Pop Too, a black Thoroughbred stallion we had purchased from Telly Savalas. The resulting colt was a "Name The Foal Contest" for Breyer Molding Company. Several thousand names came in to choose from, with the winning name being Fade To Grey. We kept him until his yearling year, before selling him as a show prospect. Later that year, unbeknowst to us, Breyer decided to use Fade To Grey for a new model horse. We'd already sold the colt, but he lasted several years, but was not able to have much success on the show circuit.
Scammer had us several very good Thoroughbred foals, before we switched to Appaloosas. She was one of the only TB mares we kept. She has one colored filly by Pleasant Dreams, one grey filly by Classic Black, and the 2000 filly by Pleasant Dreams. Her 2001 colt is the wild colored Mega Hertz My Eyes.
