Braided mane and foelock, loose tail as all modern Appaloosa, Paints, and Quarter Horses are shown. Sue sculpted one of our most successful resin models, the Hunter model, portrait of Color Me Andrew, for us in the early 1990's. We are no longer producing resin models and are just selling what stock we have left in the warehouse. We are concentrating on producing a ceramic line, custom cast, small quantity editions, for the discriminating model horse shower and collector.
Our intention is to offer the model horse collector these true to current breed standard models in an open edition earthenware bisque. They can then be custom glazed by the owner's favorite glazing artist, or cold painted as well. As time allows, I may offer limited run colored horses directly from Black Horse Ranch. With over 70+ real horses to take care of, breed, and show, my time is limited to working on any run colors in the off show season. Any future regular colored runs will be at higher than bisque prices, and very small number, offered to previous customers on a first come basis.

1995 chestnut/white Appaloosa stallion, sired by Mr. COnclusion (AQHA) x Ms Sonny Dee Goer . Multiple silver medallion winner. 2006 set Oklahoma CIty arena record (any breed) for timed heading and heeling. For more info on the real "Dollar", see his webpage.

Contact Karen Grimm. We anticipate a minimum of 10 bisques available per month. Price is $250.00 (Buy them at our ebay store). We anticipate shipping starting late September, first come basis. We accept Mastercard/VISA/Discover directly (call me!) or Pay Pal. We can take personal checks, but will wait until cleared (aprox. 2 weeks...no, Nevada does not have quick check clearing).
